It’s a Barbie World Cocktail

Since March of 1959, when Barbie was first introduced to the world, she quickly became a trail blazer and a trend setter, inspiring people of all ages, including myself to dream. Dream of the person they would one day grow up to be and the life they aspired to have. Barbie’s fashion taste and interior sensibility is well documented through the years in fabulous home décor styles, eye catching pink cars, and a high fashion wardrobe. Let us not forget “Day to Night Barbie”… all business by day and then transformed into a glamorous women by night, set to paint the town in pink!

Barbie was my go-to toy as a child.  She allowed me to explore all kinds of fashion ensembles by creating different looks for her to wear. Designing numerous Interior décor styles for her Barbie dream house, townhome, or RV. But most of all, she let me discover what I wanted to be when I grew up by using my imagination to visualize myself as woman in various professional fields. Would I grow up to be a doctor, a veterinarian, or teacher? As it turns out I became an interior designer, running my very own interior design firm! Thank you, Barbie, for being my childhood muse!

In honor of Barbie, here is a cocktail that I am sure you will enjoy. Its frothy pink foam and citrus flavors, blended with effervescent bubbles sure to please and bring out your playful side!
